A cost effective,
customized training plan designed for self-motivated individuals who
want to know that they are spending their training time most effectively. Periodic
communication with your coach is available.
We
offer a 3 month
plan designed (just for you) to help you arrive confidently at the start
(and
finish)
line for your upcoming goal event or race!
Here's how it works:
I.
THE STARTUP PROCESS:
We
take each athlete thru the initial Startup Consultation Process which
includes:

Gathering information about their background as an athlete, race
experience, as well as work schedule and family commitments,
-
Establish seasonal goals and long term goals.

Identify each athletes strengths and weaknesses specific to the
events for which they are training.
-
Establish race goals in
order of importance for the season.

Discuss the coach-athlete
relationship and how this works, as well as any and all questions that
are on your mind as one of our valued athlete-clients. We are here to
help you reach your goals!
II.
WE CAREFULLY DESIGN YOUR CUSTOMIZED, PERSONAL TRAINING PLAN

Based upon the
information provided during the startup process, your coach then sits
down and carefully designs a customized training program based on the
race goals you've established, and a schedule that can readily fit into
the other important commitments in your life.

A phone
consultation will be scheduled with your coach, and follow up
email communications (if needed) as your coach works to establish your initial 3 month schedule.

Specific (and easy to
understand) daily workouts are written, and weekly goals are
established, just for you! No cookie cutter programs here!

Rate of Perceived
Exertion (RPE) and HR training zones for cycling and multisport are also
established and will be plugged into appropriate workouts.

We also include (for NO additional fee)
use of a cutting edge on-line coaching tool so that you can track your progress, and so that
the coach can be quickly updated for renewal consultations, and for any
additional consultations the athlete chooses to utilize along the way.
*Please note that
on-going communication with your coach is limited after the quarterly
training plan is received. After all, this plan is ultimately
designed for the self-motivated athlete who only needs period feedback
with their coach.

However, we do offer (at
no charge) a complimentary 30 (thirty) minute phone consultation upon
renewal each quarter AND, athletes may
contact their coach via email once-monthly to ask any questions or to
provide an update to their coach.

*Any
additional consultations (phone or email) are made available to
the athlete at a discounted consultation rate of $45 per 1/2 hour or
$75 per hour.
The athlete may also
choose to upgrade to one of the
Personal Coaching options
at any time, and we'd be happy to apply any pre-paid fees to the
upgrade.
*Rates:
$165 per month
(pre-paid quarterly @ just $495), plus one-time $150 initial startup fee.
Subsequent startup fees
are not required as long as athlete renews quarterly training plan
within 90 days of completion of the previous plan.
