customized training plan designed for self-motivated individuals who
want to know that they are spending their training time most
effectively, but who only require periodic email or phone communication
with their coach.
We
offer a 3 month
plan designed just for you, to help you arrive confidently at the start (and
finish)
line for your upcoming goal event or race!
Here's how it works:

We
take each athlete thru a comprehensive initial startup consultation process
to gather information about your background as an athlete, race
experience, as well as work schedule and family commitments. In
addition, we establish seasonal goals and long term goals and identify each athletes strengths and weaknesses specific to the
events for which you are training.

We carefully design your
customized, personal training plan providing specific daily workouts
(using heart rate and rate of perceived exertion), established just for you! No cookie cutter programs here!
Detailed, customized workouts and goals are posted every 4-6 weeks.
*Rates:
$495 per quarter
for single sport athletes/ $550 per quarter
for multisport athletes.
Payment is required prior to receiving training plan.
