coaching option involves an extensive
startup process. A training program is then designed specific
to the unique strengths/weaknesses, goals, and training time
availability of each athlete. Please

The Elite Plan: Level
1 |
|
This premium
coaching option is the ultimate coaching package for the serious
athlete, busy executive or working professional who is looking for extensive, and unlimited,
coach-athlete interaction, and regular one-on-one time with their
professional coach. This plan is for those who appreciate and
value a high level coaching service with constant and UNLIMITED coach-athlete
interaction.

the season off with a 1-day/one-on-one customized training camp with your coach!
Travel to meet your
coach for field testing, a skills session, and pre-season

- COMPLIMENTARY
Quarterly Coaching Sessions
(2 hours
each). A great opportunity for additional one-on-one time with
your professional coach.
These quarterly sessions may be combined if meeting with coach semi-annually
or annually.

Extensive initial
startup process for each athlete. (An in person consultation is
available for athletes who can drive to meet with their coach.
Otherwise, this can be accomplished via phone & email consults.)

training schedule
(designed for each unique athlete) sent in 2-4 week training

consultations, as needed (30-45 minutes each),
at the athlete's initiative.

answered within 24-48 hours, and will be both coach and athlete

The Champion Plan: Level 2 |
|
The Champion Plan is our quality
coaching plan designed for the recreational athlete, fitness
enthusiast, competitive athlete and/or elite athlete who is looking
for regular, consistent coach-athlete interaction to help them reach
their unique goals. This is one of our more popular plans because of
the it's moderately priced monthly fee, for a premium level service.
It includes
constant coach-athlete interaction throughout the week,
making this plan quite attractive to potential clients.
In addition,
this
is an excellent option for many athletes who are facing the challenge of
balancing training with other family, work and important life
commitments. Let us take the
guesswork out of your training and help you plan your available
training time most effectively! This Level II plan includes:

Once per quarter,
local athletes (or athletes who would like to come visit their
coach) have the option to replace their phone consults for the
month with a One-on-One training session with your coach.
This one and
a half hour (1.5 hr.) session may be a technique lesson, climbing
workout, bike fit check, strength workout, or any
other priority that you would like to focus on. Just let us know.

The Performance Plan: Level 3 |
|
This
basic coaching package is ideal for a competitive or
recreational endurance athlete who is looking for high quality, cost effective
professional coaching guidance to help them reach their goals. This
plan is a good option for those individuals who want personalized coaching
expertise, but may simply prefer this level of coach-athlete
interaction, and/or who may be on a limited budget.
We provide the same amount of care
and thought when designing your customized training plan
(just as we do with the Level 1 and Level 2 coaching options).
The main difference is the amount of coach-athlete interaction
available with this plan.
Specifically, this plan includes:
