Fitness Coach, Kim Morrow

Kim is a Fitness Professional with a passion to help each of her clients  improve their quality of life and enjoy their life to the fullest! Her extensive experience as a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Senior (55 plus) Personal Trainer, Post-Rehab Conditioning Specialist, Professional Triathlete and Cyclist, prove beneficial in helping each of her fitness client reach their unique goals.

Fitness Coaching

 

What is Fitness Coaching?   It is a refreshingly new concept which combines consulting and personal training to help you reach your goals. The coaching process encourages each client to a new level of excellence in their life in regards to developing a healthy lifestyle and/or in sports performance.  Our goal is to help you live your life "to the fullest".  We establish weekly/monthly goals and utilize one-on-one coaching sessions, as well as phone, internet and e-mail support to help you reach them.

  • Provides a great option for those with a busy lifestyle who want to work out, but have to fit in into their own schedule.

  • Provides a reasonably priced coaching option to fit your budget.

Who are your typical Fitness Clients?  Our eliteFITcoach clients come from a wide variety of backgrounds, but each share a common desire  to develop a more healthy lifestyle, improve their quality of life, or maximize their performance in their favorite sport.  We will work with any client who has the motivation and willingness to work hard to achieve their goals.   Some of our clients include:

  • "Fit after Forty"- for women and men, ages 40 and older, who wish to stay healthy in order to live their life to the fullest.
  • "Young at Heart Seniors"- for those who wish to remain active and independent.    You are never too old to get started! Kim is Certified Senior Personal Trainer.
  • Sports Conditioning- for recreational and competitive athletes who desire to reach their full potential. 
  • "Med-Fit"- for clients with medical concerns who have been cleared by their physician or physical therapist to exercise. Potential clients may include (but are not limited to) individuals who have diabetes, high blood pressure or low back pain; as well as those who have been released from physical therapy. 
  • "Faith-Fit"- for clients interested in incorporating Christian principles with their health and wellness.

What are the Fitness Coaching options? We recognize that each one of our clients is unique. Therefore, we design our services to fit the goals, needs and schedule of each individual. New clients are taken through a detailed Start-up process, which includes a review of their health/background, a medical clearance from their physician, an extensive fitness assessment and a coaching strategy session. ($90 Consultation/Assessment Fee for these initial services.) We ask our clients to commit to at least 16 weeks of the coaching process as it takes time to settle into a routine, and begin to see results.  (Occasionally, we offer month to month coaching.) Many clients may prefer to continue for 6 months or several years, but that is not required. Our customized fitness coaching includes features such as:

  • One (or more) monthly one-on-one personal training session(s) with your coach, in the Greenville, SC area. 
  • Weekly/monthly goals established just for you and reviewed with your coach to keep you on track.
  • E-mail contact with your coach to answer your questions.
  • One (or more) monthly half-hour phone consult(s) with your coach.  During this time we will discuss weekly goals, exercise routines, nutrition, motivation, etc.

Other Coaching Services:         

  • Personal training rates: $45-$75 per private session/ $30-$45 per semi-private session.
  • Consulting for individuals looking for occasional expert fitness coaching guidance.   $85 per hour consult (phone or in-person). CONSULTATION TOPICS may include: setting healthy lifestyle goals, preparing for an upcoming event, expert evaluation of your existing fitness program to insure effectiveness, strength and flexibility training, balancing life/fitness/family/work,and much more.
