Do you need some
coaching advice or a little "fine-tuning" in your training program?
Are you getting ready for a BIG race or ride? Need to discuss race strategy
or evaluate your race? Is there any other cycling topic on your
mind? If so, we'd be glad to talk with you. Most of the time we
will talk via the phone, but occasionally we can meet with you in
person. Consulting is available for INDIVIDUALS and TEAMS. We look forward

Personal Coaching Software

Because we feel that
regular coach-athlete communication is so critical, we utilize some of
the best coaching software on the market to take care of our clients,
and to consistently communicate with them. We can plan your program,
track your progress, and analyze all this training data via this
powerful, interactive coaching tool. Let us tell you a little more about how
it works:
- Your coach designs a
customized training program just for you, based on your unique
goals, training schedule, strengths and weaknesses, etc. It is sent to
you via our on-line coaching software so that you can log in (from our
website) to view your upcoming workouts. There is also the option to
have your workouts emailed to you daily and/or downloaded to your PDA.

- An athlete logs in
and records a Daily Log of how their workouts went, the amount
of time in heart rate (and/or power zones), and any other additional
comments they would like to share with their coach. Please note the
detailed daily metrics which a coach is able to review to track your
progress (i.e. sleep, stress levels, soreness, etc.).

- Meal Log
(below)
Similar to the Daily Training Log, this is where you can log
your meals, if you desire to do so. Record simple notes manually or
use the Meal Manager to search for detailed nutrition data to generate
graphs and reports. Take the details of your favorite meals and turn
them into templates to speed the process of entering future meals.

- Upload Heart rate
and Power Meter Files and/or you files from a GPS or
Computrainer. If you use these tools in your training, your coach can
quickly review and analyze this training data and chart your progress!

- There are many
other great features offered with this coaching software. Don't
worry if utilizing this coaching tool is new to you. We will gladly
help you through the process of learning to use it! It is a great tool to streamline our
coach-athlete interaction, and makes our other phone and email
consultations much more effective.
