road bike, mountain bike, and cyclocross racers, as well as
triathletes, adventure racers, multisport athletes, and fitness/recreational riders
who wish to train smart and reach their

your limited training time and make your training enjoyable, but

Cycling and Multisport Coaches. In
fact, each of our coached athletes has the benefit of the
combined knowledge of our coaches who communicate with each
other regularly. Our
coaches
have years of experience as elite athletes and/or coaches. But,
of course, you don't have to be an elite athlete. We enjoy
working with athletes of all ability levels.

for athletes
** "Train with your
coach" riding/training sessions to help you fine tune your
skills and accomplish key training workouts. GREAT FOR BEGINNERS
OR ADVANCED ATHLETES.
$75 per hour
or
$195 for three hours
(just $65 per hour)
for non-EFC athletes. EFC athletes discounted rate:
$50 per hour.

Consulting for
individuals, groups and teams who are looking for occasional
expert coaching guidance.
$100 per hour consult
(phone or in-person) or
$175 per 2 hour consult . CONSULTATION TOPICS may include: setting annual goals,
preparing for an upcoming event, training with power, expert
evaluation of a self-coached athletes training plan, strength
